The Terms and Conditions listed below are designed to protect both Paige’s Crochet and the customer. By using this website or the services provided, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Paige’s Crochet is not responsible for any loss, liability, damage or injury caused due to misuse of our products.

All intellectual property and materials created by Paige’s Crochet or information provided in any products or services created by Paige’s Crochet including but not limited to: content, concepts, logos, images and ideas may not be copied, used or altered in any way.
Privacy Policy
The privacy of my customers is of utmost importance to me. I am committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of my customers at all times. I will not share, sell, or distribute any of my customers personal data to any third-party. I will only use the personal data provided to me by my customers for the purpose of providing my services.
I collect personal information such as names, email addresses, and payment information when customers make a purchase. I collect this information by asking customers to provide it directly. I securely store, use, share, and disclose this information only as necessary to provide my services. I also use it to communicate with customers when necessary. I take all necessary measures to ensure the security of the data I collect.
Refund Policy
In-person orders are non-refundable.

Digital patterns are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged as they are delivered instantly upon purchase. 

If you would like to cancel an order please contact me ASAP. I may be able to cancel the order if it hasn't been shipped. Once orders have been shipped, refunds for change of mind are not available.

Please make sure the address that you provide at checkout is correct. If you realise there’s an error with your address after ordering, contact me and I’ll be able to update the address if the order hasn't been shipped yet.

Refunds on shipped online orders are only available if an item is returned to me by the post office as the result of an undeliverable address. You will not receive a refund on any shipping & transaction costs. 

Refunds will take 4-14 business days to process and show in your account.

Refunds/replacements are available for faulty products only. All products are checked for quality before shipping.

Refunds/replacements are not available for faults or damage created due to misuse by the customer.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post standard shipping. Shipping is available Australia-wide and to New Zealand.

International orders are unavailable at this time - please support your local crochet artists!
In case of missing parcels, I will first lodge a claim with Auspost and once that claim has been resolved, I will work to refund or replace your order. However, this is up to my discretion, and no services will be provided if it is apparent the service is being abused. 

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 Business days, However I do work alone so in busy periods or due to Family situations, this may expand out to 4-5 business days.

Shipping times are estimated at between 2-10 business days depending on your location within Australia, and up to 21 days for New Zealand . This could be longer if Australia Post are experiencing delays or during a peak period.
