Refund policy

 

Change of mind returns are not accepted.

In case of products damaged in transit, I require photographic proof so that I can chase up with Auspost to cover the damages. 

In case of missing parcels, I will first lodge a claim with Auspost and once that claim has been resolved, I will work to refund or replace your order. However, this is up to my discretion, and no services will be provided if it is apparent the service is being abused.
