Shipping Policy

At Paige's Crochet, we currently ship to Australia and Aotearoa (New Zealand) only.

Shipping Destinations

• Australia (Domestic)
• Aotearoa (New Zealand)

We do not currently offer shipping to any other international destinations.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated using flat rate weight bands. Rates start from:

• $8.95 AUD for parcels weighing up to 250g
  
• $11.95 AUD  between 251g and 499g
• $15.95 AUD between 501g and 3.5kg
• $30.90 AUD between 3.5kg and 7.5kg 
• $45.95 AUD between 7.5kg and 10kg
  Shipping costs increase based on the total weight of your order and will be calculated automatically at checkout before payment is completed.

Processing Times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within our advertised processing timeframe. During busy periods, product launches, sales, or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking where available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by the shipping carrier. Once your parcel has been lodged with the carrier, Paige's Crochet is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier.
